Returns & Refunds

We encourage you to select a piece that feels aligned with your story, as the most meaningful jewellery is often the jewellery that stays with us the longest.
At OWE, each design is created to hold personal meaning, and we hope you take the time to choose a piece that genuinely resonates with you.
However, if you change your mind, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
To request a return, please contact us at hello@owejewellery.co.uk within 14 days of delivery. We will provide instructions for returning your item.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase may be required.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We strongly recommend using a tracked and traceable postal service when returning your order. OWE cannot accept responsibility for items lost, delayed, or damaged during return transit. Refunds can only be processed once the returned item has been safely received and inspected.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Original and return shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly.
Please allow up to 10 working days for your refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact hello@owejewellery.co.uk as soon as possible and include photographs where possible.
If a fault is confirmed, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
We are unable to accept returns for:
- Items showing signs of wear or use
- Items damaged through misuse, neglect, or improper care
- Items returned outside the stated returns period
